Privacy policy

Kavio Labs Software Limited ("we"), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (company number 17532441), makes apps for Shopify stores. Contact: privacy@kaviolabs.com.

Each app has its own privacy policy that lists exactly what it accesses:

apps.kaviolabs.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time, page) for security for up to 30 days.

Apps in general

• We request only the Shopify access scopes an app needs, and say why in its policy.
• Access tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when you uninstall.
• All data about a store is deleted when Shopify sends shop/redact (48 hours after uninstall), or 30 days after the uninstall at the latest.
• Billing runs through Shopify. We never see payment details.
• We do not sell personal data.

To exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion, objection), write to privacy@kaviolabs.com. We answer within one month. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the United Kingdom.
